The story of Snowcap Frosting Kit
Snowcap came with gloves, a plastic cap full of holes and instructions nobody read past step two. You pulled spikes through the holes, painted on the frosting, and hoped. Results ranged from perfect icy tips to a shade best described as cheese puff orange. Either way, you walked into school like a pop star.
The kit said to wait twenty minutes, and every older brother hovered over the kitchen timer like it was a rocket launch.
