The story of Ten-Pocket Toe Socks
Ten-Pocket Toe Socks were weird to put on, impossible to put on quickly and absolutely essential for any sleepover. Every toe got its own striped pocket. Kids wiggled them at each other like puppets, wore them to the mall with flip-flops and used them to pick up pencils off the floor. Gym teachers had strong opinions.
Pinky toe pockets wore out first, so every pair eventually had one toe poking out like it was waving hello.
