Itty-bitty oval sunglasses with colored lenses, roughly the size of two jelly beans, worn on the tip of the nose.
The story · 1998
Pea-Sized Shades blocked basically no sunlight and nobody cared. They sat low on your nose so you could look over them dramatically, and they came in lenses tinted blue, yellow or rose. The tiny wire frames bent if you sneezed. Wearing them indoors during a group project was a power move.
Kids who wore them during gym found out quickly that tiny lenses make kickballs very hard to see.
Six finishes
Pea-Sized Shades comes in six finishes: 100 Base, 50 Holo, 25 Laser and 10 Gold copies, plus one Super Laser and one Misprint that exist exactly once. Every copy is minted to the wallet that rips it, with its own serial number.
