The story of Stretchy Tattoo Choker
Tattoo chokers came on a cardboard card of six, in black, glitter and the occasional neon. They stretched over your head, snapped tight against your neck and left a waffle print by dinnertime. Wearing three at once was the move. Breaking one was so common that the playground was littered with stretchy black curls.
The web pattern could also be stretched over a soda bottle to make it look extremely rebellious.
