The story of Pyramid Stud Belt
Studded belts were the mark of every kid with a skateboard, a guitar or a deep feeling about something. The pyramid studs set off metal detectors at the airport and scratched every chair in the school. Rows of two or three were the standard. Owners wore them loose so they hung diagonally, which was harder than it looked.
Belts with three rows of studs were so heavy that they slowly pulled baggy jeans down throughout the day.
