The story of Chicken Boulders
Henhouse Express decided nuggets were too small for the decade, so it made Boulders: craggy, golden chicken chunks the size of a fist. They came in a gray quarry box with four sauces, including a mysterious purple one called Grape Thunder. Nobody ordered Grape Thunder twice, but everybody ordered it once.
Grape Thunder sauce was quietly retired, but kids claimed sealed cups still turned up in glove compartments for years.
