The story of Potato Skin Flotilla
At Brass Fern Grill, the Potato Skin Flotilla arrived on a wooden board shaped like a harbor, with eight skins lined up like little boats. Parents ordered it to keep kids busy, then ate half of it themselves. The sour cream came in a tiny lighthouse cup, which kids fought over the moment the waitress turned around.
The lighthouse sour cream cup became so popular that the restaurant started selling empty ones at the front counter.
