The story · 1983
Every week Carousel Chicken handed out a new glass printed with one of its four mascots: Clover the carousel pony, Velvet the moth, Corny Carl and Gilda the goose. Moms needed the whole set. Kids needed it more. One always broke in the dishwasher, and the cupboard sat incomplete for the rest of the decade.
The Velvet glass supposedly sparkled under black light, and kids tested that rumor at every roller rink in town.
Six finishes
Never-Complete Glass Set comes in six finishes: 100 Base, 50 Holo, 25 Laser and 10 Gold copies, plus one Super Laser and one Misprint that exist exactly once. Every copy is minted to the wallet that rips it, with its own serial number.
