The story of Fuse Box Band Battle
Seven bands signed up, and five of them had names that were complete sentences. Kids in skinny jeans, checkered wristbands and swoopy bangs played three songs each while the principal stood near the fuse box. The emo trio cried during their own ballad. The winner was a ska band with a trombone, and nobody saw it coming.
The judges were the lunch ladies, and they scored every band on a scale of one to tacos.
