A swamp-themed mini golf course where the final hole was a giant fiberglass alligator with a hungry mouth.
The story · 1991
The course wound through fake cypress trees, a bubbling green pond and a shack that played crickets on a loop. Hole eighteen was Gumbo, a twenty-foot gator with its jaws open. Putt the ball between his teeth and a horn blew, lights flashed and you won a free game, which nobody ever used.
Gumbo the gator got a fresh coat of green paint every spring, and kids voted on his new tooth color.
Six finishes
Gator Mouth Mini Golf comes in six finishes: 100 Base, 50 Holo, 25 Laser and 10 Gold copies, plus one Super Laser and one Misprint that exist exactly once. Every copy is minted to the wallet that rips it, with its own serial number.
