The story of Planetarium Laser Night
After the last star show, the planetarium turned into the coolest room in the county. Teens tipped back in the reclining seats while lasers drew spirals, tunnels and a cartoon shark that swam across the whole dome. The speakers rattled the fake moon rocks in the lobby. Everyone walked out blinking and quiet, like they had just landed.
The laser operator, Theo, could draw a perfect spinning donut in midair, and crowds chanted for it nightly.
